My practice

My practice

Each person brings their own history and experience of difficulty. My work is to understand what is happening today, what keeps difficulties going and, when needed, how older patterns influence the present. My training offers complementary perspectives and tools, drawn on according to each person’s needs rather than applied systematically.

Therapeutic approaches

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps identify the thoughts, emotions and behaviours that maintain present difficulties. Practical tools support gradual changes to these patterns and new ways of responding to difficult situations.

Gestalt therapy

Gestalt therapy focuses on present experience: emotions, bodily sensations and relationships. It helps bring habitual responses into awareness and offers space to experience other ways of relating to yourself and others.

Schema therapy

Schema therapy explores long-standing patterns that still shape emotions, behaviour and relationships. Understanding their origins and present impact helps outdated responses evolve and new ways of responding take shape.

Jungian psychology

Jungian psychology explores unconscious processes that influence how we think, feel and act. Greater self-awareness supports a way of being that is more conscious, coherent and true to oneself.

Complementary tools

This integrative approach is also enriched by Transactional Analysis, DTMA and EFT. Drawn on according to each person’s needs, they help deepen the understanding of certain relational dynamics and repetitive patterns, work on emotional reactions, and support healing from the imprint left by difficult experiences.

My background and training

After fifteen years spent understanding and responding to the specific needs of my clients, I chose to dedicate myself to therapeutic work.

My certified training in CBT, Gestalt therapy, Schema Therapy and Jungian psychology forms the foundation of my integrative practice, complemented by Transactional Analysis, DTMA and EFT.

The first session

The first session is a time to meet and talk.

It allows us to better understand what brings you here, to talk through your background, answer your questions, and decide together whether this approach fits what you are looking for. If so, we define the details of the therapy together.

First step

A first conversation, with no commitment

The first session is a meeting: understanding what brings you here, answering your questions and deciding together whether this is the right fit.
